3–6 months with potential for extension
- Use OT expertise to assess, implement, evaluate and review reablement and support plans for service users and carers.
- Enable service users to achieve maximum independence in their own homes within the context of asset-based conversations.
- Provide broad support to clients with physical or mental health problems, learning difficulties, other dependencies or who are elderly and frail.
- Previous experience working as an Occupational Therapist in rehabilitation.
- HCPC registration.
- Enhanced DBS/CRB (we can obtain for you).
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
- Occupational Therapist qualification.
The client offers additional training for both permanent and temporary staff within the authority, competitive pay, and free onsite parking for all staff.
