Care Assistant - Evenings and Weekends - Southampton and surrounding areas

Pay: £12.89 per hour
Hours:

• Evenings: 4:00pm – 10:00pm
• Weekends: 7:00am – 2:30pm or 2:30pm – 10:00pm
• Location: Southampton and nearby areas
• Contract: Part-time (flexible hours available)

Join our dedicated care team and make a real difference in people’s lives. We are looking for caring, reliable individuals to provide person‑centred home care during evenings and weekends. You’ll support clients with personal care, medication, meal preparation, and companionship, helping them maintain independence in their own homes.

• Personal care (washing, dressing, continence) with dignity and respect
• Medication prompts and accurate record‑keeping
• Meal preparation and hydration support
• Moving & handling (training provided)
• Companionship and wellbeing checks
• Electronic care records, safeguarding and escalation

• Caring, reliable and professional communicator
• Right to Work in the UK (no sponsorship)
• Enhanced DBS (we guide you through the process)
• Drivers preferred, but we will consider experienced walkers
• Ability to work evenings and/or weekends
• Competitive pay: £12.89 per hour
