The Role

As a key member of the HR team, you’ll support the design and delivery of competitive total rewards programs while gaining exposure to all areas of HR. You’ll research, analyse, and provide actionable insights to drive decision‑making, ensure compliance, and continuously improve HR processes. This role offers the perfect balance of hands‑on work and strategic involvement in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Onboarding & Orientation: Develop policies, handbooks, and onboarding kits; lead engaging new‑hire orientation sessions.
  • Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning: Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, maintain candidate pipelines, and ensure compliance with employment legislation.
  • Compensation & Benefits Administration: Design, implement, and maintain competitive pay and benefits packages; analyse market data; oversee benefits administration and expenses.
  • HR Policy Management & Compliance: Maintain up‑to‑date HR policies, ensure legal compliance, conduct audits, and support GDPR and ISO
    27001 requirements.
  • Employee Records Management: Maintain accurate records, track attendance, manage benefits enrolment, and ensure confidentiality.
  • HR Projects & Continuous Improvement: Participate in system implementations, policy harmonisation, workflow optimisation, and salary/job architecture initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years HR experience, including compensation and benefits exposure
  • Strong understanding of compensation principles and benefits administration
  • Experience with HRIS systems and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high‑quality work
