We are recruiting for an ERP Systems and Software Specialist for a fantastic company based in Eastleigh. The company has several hundred users across multiple sites, is a successful and growing business, innovative, and invests in IT.

This role reports to the Head of IT and is the guardian of the ERP system. It plays a pivotal role in maintaining the ERP system, acting as conduit with the software provider, and training staff.

It is a role you can take ownership of, add continuous improvement ideas, and shape the future of the system. The team and company provide a fantastic work environment, one of the best.

• Taking ownership of the ERP systems day‑to‑day operation and performance
• Looking after the users, from new‑starter training to dealing with user issues
• Interfacing with the software provider

• Managing system upgrades and updates, testing them, implementing and communicating as necessary to users
• Working with the business to understand how users want to improve the system, organising those improvements and launching them
• Conducting audits and creating processes to ensure ISO 27001 compliance
• Logging and tracking user issues with the ERP system and helping to resolve them
• Training new starters on how to use the system
• Providing strategic input on how the systems can evolve to help the business achieve its objectives

• Solid, progressive experience managing ERP systems
• Experience training users on how to use the system
• Capability to communicate technical things to non‑technical users
• Experience with process management and process improvement
• Methodical, calm, decisive, able to work independently, take ownership, and work well in a team
