Nigel Frank are supporting are supporting a fast- paced operationally demanding business to find a hands-on IT leader with experience driving technology strategy, modernising legacy environments, and leading high-performing teams.

Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale infrastructure improvements, strengthening cyber security posture, and aligning IT services with commercial goals. Combines strong technical depth with the ability to translate complex IT concepts into clear business language.

• Hands-on technical leadership across infrastructure, security, data, and support.
• Confident and approachable communicator, able to simplify IT for non-technical audiences.
• Proven in fast-paced, high-visibility environments with no room to hide.
• Strong cultural fit for empowered, feedback-driven organisations.
• Able to challenge the status quo and bring fresh thinking to long-established operations.
• Comfortable onsite presence and engaging deeply with the workforce to build trust.

• Senior leadership experience across IT services, infrastructure, and operational IT delivery. Extensive technical background with Office 365, Active Directory, enterprise networks, cloud services, and endpoint management.
• Proven success managing large-scale endpoint estates and leading major infrastructure or transformation projects.
• Strong grounding in IT governance, ITSM / ITIL frameworks, and cybersecurity best practice.
• Experience developing cyber security controls, risk assessments, and disaster recovery plans.
• Vendor and stakeholder management within customer-focused, multi-site operations.
• Experience supporting or implementing platforms such as Salesforce and ERP systems.
