About our client

Our client is expanding its SAP and Finance Transformation capability to meet growing demand for S4

HANA enabled change. They are hiring a Data Migration Manager with strong SAP delivery experience and the ability to lead complex data work streams across large transformation programmes.

The role

You will manage data migration across major S4

HANA programmes, working closely with SAP functional and technical teams. You will lead teams, shape migration strategy, oversee design, build, testing and execution, and support governance, risk and financials across client engagements. The work spans data migration, data quality, governance and reporting, depending on project scope.

• Lead the data workstream on large S4
  
  HANA programmes.
• Analyse data migration requirements with functional and technical teams.
• Lead design, build, testing and execution of data migration.
• Support portfolio management and engagement financials.
• Contribute across data and analytics including reporting, governance and data quality.
• Support business development, opportunity research and proposal activity.
• Develop strategies to solve complex technical challenges.
• Lead and review team outputs, manage risks and drive delivery.

• Strong experience in S4
  
  HANA consulting.
• Proven leadership of SAP data migration work streams.
• At least two end to end SAP ECC or S4
  
  HANA implementation programmes.
• Experience in cutover planning, migration rehearsals and execution.
• Hands on experience with SAP Migration Cockpit and understanding of SDI and SDQ.
• Experience in data quality and cleansing approaches.
• Beneficial : ABAP understanding.
• Team leadership experience of 2 to 5 people.
