We are looking for a skilled End User Computing Specialist with expertise in Microsoft Intune to join our IT team. This role will focus on managing and optimizing our end‑user computing environment, ensuring secure device management, application deployment, and compliance across the organization.

• Configure, deploy, and manage Windows endpoints via Intune and SCCM/MECM
  .
• Implement compliance policies, configuration profiles, and application deployment strategies.
• Develop and maintain application packages for Intune and SCCM deployment.
• Manage OS updates, patch cycles, and endpoint security baselines.
• Support Azure AD join
  , conditional access policies, and identity lifecycle management.
• Assist with Azure-based endpoint security and Microsoft 365 integration.
• Monitor end‑user experience using tools like Nexthink
  .
• Provide advanced troubleshooting for escalated endpoint issues.
• Automate routine tasks and reporting using Power Shell
  .
• Maintain technical documentation and standard operating procedures.
• Collaborate with IT infrastructure, security, and service desk teams to ensure smooth operations.

• Core Expertise: Microsoft Intune (MDM/MAM), SCCM/MECM administration, Windows OS deployment.
