IT Engineer, IT Support, Systems Administrator

Robert Half has partnered exclusively with a growing financial services client in Southampton who are looking to recruit an IT Support Engineer to join the team.

This is a permanent role, paying up to £42,000 with hybrid working plus some ad-hoc on-call work.

You will be supporting a team who are looking to increase their IT support operations across the Group, leading to some fantastic growth opportunities.

We are looking for proven IT Support Engineers with 2nd line experience who can triage and troubleshoot all IT queries and support upcoming EUC projects i.e Sharepoint migration

Key Responsibilities

• 1st and 2nd Line support of 300 users
• M365 administration
• IT documentation
• Device management - laptops, desktops, mobile devices

Skills and Experience

• Previous 2nd line experience, exposure to 3rd line
• Strong understanding of M365, Azure Active Directory (Entra ), In Tune
• Understanding of DHCP, DNS networking principles

• Hybrid working in Southampton (3 days a week in office)
