Position DetailsYou will be working on a full‑time, permanent basis at our Southampton site, on an "any 5 days out of 7" pattern, covering the hours of 14:00 to 00:00. There is a real focus on providing a brilliant working environment, and you will be part of a strong team with a real family feel.
Responsibilities- Perform a range of warehouse tasks including picking, loading/unloading vehicles, and operating FLT and pallet trucks using RF systems, while adhering to safe manual handling practices.
- Complete all required documentation accurately and on time, such as returns manifests and daily driver records.
- Ensure operational standards and customer service requirements are met by achieving site KPIs and maintaining high‑quality performance in all activities.
- Carry out housekeeping where required, upholding site standards while following Health & Safety guidelines.
- Previous warehouse experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
- Good communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn new skills while working as part of a team.
- A strong focus on safety and reliability, with flexibility to adapt to changing demands and shift patterns.
- Experience operating MHE or holding a valid certificate of competence would be an advantage, but not essential.
Previous warehouse experience desirable; full training provided. Candidates should possess good communication skills, a positive attitude, willingness to learn, strong safety focus, flexibility, and experience operating MHE or holding a valid certificate of competence would be an advantage.
