WORKING HOURS:

As a Site Maintenance Assistant / School Caretaker you will carry out general repairs, routine maintenance and compliance checks, ensuring all facilities remain operational, secure and health and safety standards are met.

The Site Maintenance Assistant / School Caretaker will work closely with the maintenance team, using initiative to solve problems, manage priorities and provide practical support such as moving furniture, managing deliveries and maintaining lighting and heating systems. DUTIES Your duties as the Site Maintenance Assistant / School Caretaker include:
General Repairs and Maintenance:
Supporting upkeep of buildings, equipment and fixtures Health and Safety Compliance:
Completing routine checks with full training provided Site Security:
Acting as a key holder and ensuring the site is safe and secure Operational Support:
Setting up rooms, moving furniture and managing deliveries Building Systems:
Ensuring lighting and heating systems are fully operational Team Support:
Working collaboratively with the site and maintenance team CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS ESSENTIAL Manual Handling:
