We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Global team to plan, coordinate, implement and track simultaneous customer projects, ensuring delivery on time, to standard and budget.

• Create a detailed project plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project.
• Determine the resources (time, support, interdependencies etc) required to complete the project.
• Provide feedback, advice, project updates and encouragement to team members.
• Manage issues, risks and project change requests to ensure successful and on‑time project delivery.
• Produce and deliver compelling, clear, succinct documents, proposals and presentations using multiple inputs and data sources.
• Establish and manage the communication schedule to update the customer and internal stakeholders on project delivery against plan.
• Deliver project presentations to Senior Customer representatives and key stakeholders.
• Support sales pitches to prospective customers to tell them all about a Benifex project and what it involves.
• Undertake a post implementation review to evaluate the outcomes of the project against agreed plans to identify improvement opportunities that benefit both the Customer and Benifex business.

• Experience of successfully managing multiple projects, preferably in a software or solutions delivery role.
• History of delivery of multiple projects with competing deadlines and solving problems to ensure projects are delivered on time.
• Completer‑finisher mindset, proactive thinker, and someone who takes ownership and accountability of their work.
• Avid user of project management reporting tools, such as , Air‑table, JIRA or MS Project.
• A recognised project management qualification is a must.
• Person who frequently challenges the ‘status quo’ and removes external and internal barriers by identifying effective solutions.

• Experience in Employee Benefits, HRIS, Payroll or HR Tech.
• Experience in global projects.
