Quality Manager

FINTEC recruit is supporting recruitment for a permanent role for a Quality Manager based in Southampton, salary up to £65,000 depending on experience, plus benefits, joining a small team, working within an engineering and fabrication environment. Career progression in working for a growing business specialising in design, manufacture and install of pressure vessels, for international projects. Responsibilities:
Quality assurance for pipework and pressure vessels Key role for QA across the business units Compliance of pipework and pressure vessel codes including ASME B31.3, ASME VIII, PD 5500 To maintain technical documentation, ITPs, CE/UKCA/PED compliance and CPR Input on welding standards (ASME IX/BS 15614) Skills and experience for the Quality Manager role:
Experience in pipework fabrication and pressure vessel manufacturing Hands on experience with ASME B31.3 Solid understanding of PED, CE/UKCA, CPR and compliance

Experience of working within a workshop/fabrication environment Working knowledge of ASME VIII, PD5500, welding standards, ITPs and QA systems Confident producing documentation, reviewing drawings, and ensuring code compliance on the shop floor Full details of the Quality Manager role is available on application.
