• Develop and implement effective brand strategies to enhance market positioning.
• Identify and execute strategic partnerships, sponsorship and co-branding opportunities aligned with brand values.
• Manage and optimise brand budgets to maximise ROI.
• Strengthen relationships with key stakeholders and ensure brand consistency.
• Oversee the creation of impactful marketing materials and content.
• Monitor brand performance metrics and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.

• 15-18 years of experience in marketing across trade & brand.
• 8-10 years of marketing experience within Lubricant or automotive or auto OEM space.
• Proven experience in driving brand partnership & sponsorship is a must, ideally with bigger brands.
• Leadership – Ability to motivate teams, coach and build trusting relationships, deliver brand KPIs with ROI and Business growth.
• Articulate, convincing communicator and collaborator.
• Digitally adept, data driven and analytically strong.
