Loss Prevention Officer

Overview

We are looking for a Loss Prevention Officer to join our Retail team at TJX Europe. In this role you will help protect our customers, associates and assets by maintaining a safe and secure shopping environment.

• Provide a visible, friendly presence at store entrances to support a positive customer experience.
• Detain and prevent loss on the sales floor while acting as an ambassador for the loss prevention function.
• Collaborate closely with store staff to maintain product security and resolve conflicts effectively.
• Remain calm and professional under pressure and communicate clearly with customers and teammates.
• Demonstrate self‑motivation, resilience and a drive to make a difference.

• Experience in a customer facing role within a fast‑paced retail environment or security guard role is ideal but not essential.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Self‑motivated, resilient and driven to make a difference.
