Team Coach Level 3

The key role of a Coach Level 3 is to aid the management team in the day‑to‑day running of the store, upholding the core values of the business while remaining compliant with all relevant KPIs. As a level three coach, you will focus on creating a positive working environment and ensuring the sales team consistently delivers a level of service that exceeds consumer demands and expectations.

• Work alongside the store manager and assistant manager to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Act as a key holder, assisting with opening and closing of the store and money handling.
• Deal with customer complaints and enquiries, providing the best possible outcome.
• Monitor the sales team’s service daily to ensure targets are achieved or exceeded.
• Use business knowledge and reports to assist in product placement of key selling lines.
• Manage deliveries and stock handling, adhering to stock control procedures to minimise loss and maximise profit.
• Uphold company standards and act as mentor, leader and positive role model, building strong relationships that collaborate toward business goals.
• Ensure daily briefs and all relevant Head Office communications are shared and understood by the team.
• Implement and delegate tasks with close follow‑up, leading by example with a hands‑on approach.
• Assist with induction and training of new starters and ongoing development of existing colleagues.
• Maintain daily tasking requirements and replenishment systems to keep the sales floor fully stocked.
• Work safely and responsibly at all times.
• Collaborate with the visual team to develop merchandising skills, standards and commercial opportunities.
• Apply knowledge of KPIs—Footfall, ATV, USP, Conversion—to the store environment, driving and exceeding targets where possible.

Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction; drive sales and enhance store turnover through effective merchandising, stock replenishment and team motivation; lead and develop the shopfloor team to maintain high performance, engagement and adherence to policies; keep the shopfloor consistently clean, organised and visually appealing.

• Strong interest in the Size? brand and its product range.
• Excellent communication skills with a variety of consumers.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience (preferred but not essential).
• Ambition, resourcefulness, resilience and the ability to learn quickly.
• Strong work ethic and effective time‑management.
• Problem‑solving ability and adaptability.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Experience in visual merchandising (advantageous).
