IKEA Southampton are looking to welcome part‑time Sales Assistants to join our passionate team. These contracts are 12 hours (weekends) to 20 hours a week. You will be passionate about our products and motivated to share inspiring home furnishings solutions with the many people. Previous retail experience is desirable, but if you have a ‘roll up your sleeves’ mindset, we would love to hear from you!

  • Competitive hourly rate of £13.45 per hour.
  • Your shifts will depend on the contract size you prefer and are offered if successful. For part‑time roles, availability to work 3 in 4 weekends is important – suitable if you are looking for shifts that work around studies or other commitments. Shift times may be up until 21:00pm in the evening.
