• Manage your own portfolio of small to mid-sized clients with a growth mindset
• Build lasting relationships and deliver outstanding customer experiences
• Advise on new products, renewals, and tailor solutions to client needs
• Negotiate with insurers to secure the best value
• Work toward targets with a generous incentive scheme to match
• Promote additional services and identify new business opportunities
• Ensure all processes are compliant and well-documented

• Transferable skills from customer service, sales, hospitality, or similar roles
