We are looking for a passionate individual to lead our group exercise program, motivate members, and enhance their overall wellbeing. The role involves coaching, scheduling, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience within our commercial fitness environment.

• Develop and oversee the running of a best-in-class Group Exercise timetable.
• Ensure every member has access to the timetable via appropriate communication channels.
• Manage class occupancy and maintain the RAG sheet.
• Lead a team of internal and external instructors (5 external and 3 internal).
• Conduct regular audits of the timetable and studio facilities.
• Manage P&L lines for Group Exercise monthly against KPI's, keeping instructor costs below £2,100 per month.
• On‑board and off‑board instructors.
• Maintain awareness of Health and Safety Policies and Processes.
• Perform Fitness and Wellbeing Advisor duties.
• Cover gym floor shifts between 5:45 and 21:00.
• Deliver excellent customer service.
• Provide Personal Best Programme delivery (Mini Health Check appointments).
• Deliver monthly Fitness Programme Delivery and Challenges, including outreach events.
• Offer all members a tailored programme and enhance the member journey experience daily.
• Deliver Personal Training sessions.

• Qualified instructor with relevant class‑based exercise qualifications.
• Experience in a corporate or commercial fitness environment.
• First aid qualification and ability to follow Emergency Action Procedures.
