As a Visosport Facilitator
, you will:

• Lead seated sports sessions around tables in Care Homes
• Plan and deliver fun, engaging, and inclusive sessions
• Set up and pack away all equipment
• Interact regularly with participants to:
  • Encourage motivation
  • Build confidence
  • Adapt activities for adults with a wide range of abilities and needs

• Enthusiastic, positive, and open‑minded individuals
• Confident communicators with a good sense of humour
• Organised, punctual, and reliable
• Passionate about inclusion, wellbeing, and physical activity
• Experience in care, sport, or disability support is helpful but not essential

• Full training provided
• Shadowing an experienced Facilitator before running sessions independently
• Ongoing advice, guidance, and development support
• Regular assessments to help you grow and succeed in the role

• £35 per 1-hour paid session
• Paid monthly via invoice (subcontractor role)
• Sessions arranged close to your location
• Work scheduled around your availability
• Regular, ongoing sessions where demand exists
• Future opportunities as Visosport continues to grow
