About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join a busy steelworks team in Eastleigh. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment, ideal for someone who takes pride in safety and efficiency.

Hours of Work:

Monday to Friday
Rotating shifts: 06:00 – 14:00 and 14:00 – 22:00 (rotating weekly)
1 in every 3 Saturdays (paid at time and a half)
Role & Responsibilities:

Safely operate a counterbalance forklift in a busy environment
Load and unload materials efficiently and accurately
Ensure stock is stored correctly and safely
Carry out routine safety checks and maintenance on equipment
Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Requirements:

Proven experience operating counterbalance forklifts
Relevant forklift certification (Counterbalance)
Strong focus on health & safety
Ability to work rotating shifts and occasional Saturdays
Reliability and a strong work ethic
