Monday-Thursday, 08:00-17:00 | Friday, 08:00-16:00
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour | 39 hours per week

Join a well-established company in Southampton Central as a Forklift Driver / Assembler, where you'll play a key role in supporting smooth, safe, and efficient warehouse operations. What you'll be doing:

Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move, load, and unload goods within the facility.
Assembly work and general warehouse tasks, including some manual and occasional heavy lifting.
Follow all safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and others.
Work closely with team members to maintain smooth daily operations.
Help with order fulfilment and ensure goods are delivered correctly and on time.
Keep accurate stock records using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and basic data entry.

What we're looking for:

A valid forklift licence and proven forklift experience.
A positive, flexible attitude and willingness to get involved in different warehouse tasks.
Good communication and teamwork skills, someone personable who works well with others.
Strong attention to detail and reliability.
Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling.
Basic computer skills for stock and data recording.
