The Role

* Creating, maintaining and improving test procedures in collaboration with Design/Engineering
* Reading and interpreting circuit schematics and understanding analogue/digital circuits of moderate complexity
* Providing technical support and coaching to test/production teams when needed
* Ensuring Health & Safety compliance, maintaining a clean and organised workspace, and keeping tools/jigs in good usable condition
* Working with the department supervisor to provide clear technical feedback to suppliers/assembly teams, supporting a target of 90%+ “clean” PCB batches
Key Skills and Experience
* Strong experience in electronics testing and diagnostics, with component-level fault-finding
* Proven ability to rework PCBs to a high standard (TH + SMT; multilayer/PTH experience)
* Comfortable reading circuit schematics and understanding circuit function
* Excellent organisation and time management; able to manage workload and deadlines
* Clear communicator who can share knowledge and support others
Hours & benefits

* Solid pension scheme
* Daily food provided vis onsite chef
* Onsite gym
* Counselling & wellbeing support
* Annual discretionary profit-related bonus
