Customer Service Rep, Office Administrator/ Coordinator
Customer Service based role, working on a temporary assignment for what will likely be 2 months, potentially longer. The priority of this role is to update required information from residents in the Southend area, making initial contact via door‑to‑door. Hourly pay rate will be £14.00.
The ideal candidate will be professional, courteous, and self‑motivated, in what will be a lone working role. Own transport is required, and mileage to and from residential visits will be paid for. The individual might collect information from outside the tenant's property, or be invited into their home.
Duties- Visit tenants' property to update required information
- Record information in a clear and concise manner
- Training will be provided
- To contact tenants via telephone, following several unsuccessful visits to organise a convenient date and time to update information
- £14 per hour
- Flexibility on hours worked
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- A confident and professional communicator
- Own transport
- Ability to organise a busy and varied workload, remain calm under pressure, and proactive in approach to tasks
- PC literate with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook skills
