Location: Southend-on-Sea
A leading Facilities and Maintenance provider seeks an experienced Mechanical Engineer/Plumber to execute maintenance tasks across commercial sites near Saffron Walden. Responsibilities include Planned Preventative Maintenance, mechanical and plumbing duties, and supervising subcontractors. The ideal candidate will hold an NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing & Heating or Mechanical Engineering and possess strong HVAC knowledge. A UK Driving License is mandatory.
The role offers a salary of £45,000, company vehicle, and career development opportunities.
