The role

You will work across residential, commercial and development projects, acting as the internal structural lead and a trusted advisor to clients and colleagues.

What you will be doing

• Delivering structural inspections, assessments and calculations

• Advising on defects, movement, cracking and alterations

• Producing clear reports for clients, lenders and insurers

• Supporting refurbishments, extensions and development schemes

• Working closely with surveyors and project managers

• Helping grow and shape a new service line

What they are looking for

• Degree qualified in Structural or Civil Engineering

• Chartered or working towards chartership

• Experience with UK buildings and construction

• Confident dealing directly with clients

• Comfortable working autonomously
