We’re seeking an experienced Spa Therapist

Requirements:

* Recognised beauty therapy qualifications NVQ Level 3/ BTEC Beauty Therapy,

* Previous spa or wellness experience

* Confident in massage, facials, waxing, nails and body treatments, Lashes

* Experienced performing Facial treatments and deep tissue messages

* Professional, reliable and able to work independently

* Strong knowledge of spa standards, protocols and grow the SPA

Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver exceptional treatments to brand standards

* Provide a warm and memorable client experience

* Support daily operations, including opening/closing when required

* Maintain excellent cleanliness and presentation

* Assist with reception duties, retail advice and upselling

* Participate in ongoing training

* Exceptional customer care skills

* Ability to work under pressure

* Pride and attention to detail

* Confidence and professional when interacting with the guests.

Benefits:
