Overview
In this patient-facing role, you will be an essential part of the ward-based pharmacy team. Your core duties will involve conducting medicine reconciliation, supporting the safe administration of medicines, and providing expert advice to both patients and healthcare staff. You will utilise your ACT qualification to manage dispensary workflows and ensure the accurate and timely supply of medications. A key aspect of the role will be working collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary team to optimise patient treatment and uphold the highest standards of clinical governance.
Responsibilities- Conduct medicines reconciliation and support the safe administration of medicines.
