Ecommerce Assistant - Fashion Brand

This role is to be based in either central London or Southend on Sea.

• Colour & Product Management:
  Update colour swatches, product descriptions, and pricing to ensure accuracy and appeal.
• Website Merchandising:
  Curate "Complete the Look" sections, optimise categories, and implement strategies to boost visibility and sales.
• Daily Site Audits:
  Check website content and functionality to maintain a seamless user experience.
• SEO & Digital Support:
  Perform SEO tasks, manage digital assets, and support the DAM portal including resizing images.
• Creative Tools:
  Use Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite for design and content updates.
• Stock & Replenishment:
  Handle product replenishment, stock ordering, and prepare items for photoshoots.
• CRM & Platform Updates:
  Support CRM initiatives and maintain Shopify website with new content, assets, and product information.

• Proficient in Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, and familiar with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms.
• Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to prioritise multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic SEO knowledge and strong IT literacy (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

£43000 - £45000 per annum + hybrid working
