The Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our busy dealership team. You will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience, achieving sales targets, and building long-term relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities

* Welcome customers and provide expert product advice

* Achieve and exceed sales targets consistently

* Manage the end-to-end sales process from enquiry to delivery

* Generate new business through networking, referrals, and follow-ups

* Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems

* Work closely with finance and service teams to deliver a seamless customer experience

* Keep up to date with product knowledge, promotions, and market trends

Requirements

* Previous experience in car sales or high-value retail preferred

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills

* Customer-focused with a professional, positive attitude

* Ambitious and target-driven

* IT literate and comfortable using CRM systems

* Full UK driving licence
