Open for discussion depending on experience Job Type: Full Time / Permanent A well-established freight forwarding and logistics provider is seeking a commercially focused Pricing & Internal Sales Coordinator to join its branch-based commercial team. This role plays a key part in supporting profitability by delivering accurate, competitive pricing and providing high-quality support to both customers and the external sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer and sales enquiries via phone and email Prepare accurate and competitive freight quotations for customers and external sales Calculate rates across import and export shipments (air & sea) Maintain and manage pricing and rate inboxes Work with carrier and agent rate sheets to ensure current pricing Price bookings and support commercial decision-making Manage invoice and pricing disputes efficiently and professionally Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers, carriers, and agents Support branch profitability by maximising profit per job while remaining commercially competitive Collaborate closely with operations and sales teams to deliver a seamless customer experience

Required Experience:

Previous experience in a commercial, pricing, or internal sales role within freight forwarding or logistics
