Champion an innovative Landlord Assurance Package designed to give landlords confidence while increasing access to safe, affordable homes.

* Match residents to homes:
Use clear tenancy-readiness criteria to connect residents with properties that meet their needs and set them up for success.

* Support every step of the journey:
Guide residents through viewings, move-in processes, and the crucial early stages of their tenancy.

* Provide ongoing sustainment support:
Offer up to 12 months of light-touch tenancy sustainment, ensuring residents feel supported and confident in their new homes.

* Prevent tenancy breakdowns:
Step in early to resolve issues, working proactively to protect tenancies and reduce the risk of homelessness.

* Collaborate across agencies:
Work closely with Southend City Council, Greater Change, and other partners to deliver joined-up housing solutions.

* Gather insights for innovation:
Collect data and feedback to evaluate this pioneering pilot project, helping shape future housing strategies.

Committed to trauma-informed, person-centred practice.

* Organised and resilient:
Able to manage a varied workload across multiple properties with energy and focus.
