Pay Rate: £38.00 per hour

Southend Council is currently seeking an experienced Adoption Social Worker to join their team on a part-time basis.
This role requires strong adoption experience and the ability to support children and families through the full adoption journey. You must be confident in completing assessments, reports, and providing robust support throughout the process.

Requirements:

Must be an experienced Adoption Social Worker
Must be a car driver with access to a vehicle

Essential Requirements:

Social Work Qualification - Degree or equivalent
At least 3 years' experience as a social worker within children's services
Social Work England Registration
Driving licence and access to own vehicle
