Role overviewTo assist the divisional compliance manager in health, safety, quality and environmental tasks.
Key tasksKey Responsibilities of the Post
- Ensure professional administrative support is provided to the Divisional Compliance Manager.
- Pro-actively support the HSQE team to achieve all HSQE objectives.
- Assist with the development of improvement campaigns/plans.
- Use management information systems to effectively capture and report accurate data and manage and distribute information within the HSQE department and operating units.
- Advise and guide stakeholders on administrative processes where necessary.
- Ensure divisional training needs and requirements are maintained accordingly.
- Ensure divisional accreditations are maintained and updated accordingly.
- Manage and maintain tool & equipment calibration requirements within the division.
- Support the Divisional Compliance Manager in the delivery of month end reports and management of diaries as required.
- Answer HSQE initial queries and escale queries as appropriate.
- Develop and improve the HSQE IMS to ISO 45001, ISO
9001 and ISO
14001 standards. - Complete and assist with internal HSQE auditing.
- Demonstrate an understanding of what service delivery excellence is for your role
- Ensuring you set a culture of excellent customer service ensuring the basics are right every time and lead a team where service is central to good performance
- Awareness of your operational and regulation risks which may impact on your role
- Responsibility for reporting to your line manager any risk which may impact the business
- Ensuring you deliver your role within the Compliance framework set.
- Ability to assist with data/trend analysis
- Competent in Microsoft Office suite and the ability to adapt and use client systems
- Excellent communication (both written & verbal) and organisational skills
- A demonstrable understanding of an HSQE environment, particularly within the Laundry & Catering industry, is highly advantageous
- Significant administrative experience is essential for the role.
- Experience with in the Laundry & Catering industry.
