Berry Recruitment is working with a well-established manufacturer in Thirsk to recruit a Production Operative for a temporary ongoing position, with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in manufacturing or production who is confident using hand tools and can work to detailed build plans and strict deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

Assembling drinks dispensers and coolers from components using hand tools (e.g. drills, screwdrivers, wrenches)

Following build plans and work instructions accurately

Working to daily and weekly production targets

Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area

Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience working on a production or assembly line (preferred)

Comfortable using hand tools and following technical build plans

Able to meet deadlines and maintain high attention to detail

Reliable, motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team

£12.21 per hour, paid weekly via PAYE

Working hours:

Monday to Thursday: 07:30 - 16:30

Friday: 07:30 - 12:50
