Mixing Operative

Wolviston Management services are delighted to be supporting our amazing client in their search for an experienced Mixing Operative with a FLT Licence for their manufacturing site in North Yorkshire

The Role
You will play a key role across the manufacturing and packaging operation, supporting day-to-day production activities while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate across all stages of the manufacturing and packaging process
• Carry out manual handling tasks safely, lifting between 5kg-25kg
• Operate a counterbalance forklift to collect and transport materials for mixing
• Maintain a clean, safe and hygienic working environment at all times
• Take ownership of your designated work area, ensuring excellent housekeeping standards
• Uphold product quality in line with strict food safety and hygiene regulations

About You
Essential

• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Hold a valid FLT Counterbalance licence
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow written procedures accurately

Desirable

• Computer literate
• Previous experience within manufacturing or food production environments

• Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced production environment
