We are currently looking for a Profile Supervisor (Late Shift) to oversee the day to day operations of our profiling department.
This is a great opportunity for a motivated individual to take on a leadership role in a fast-paced environment.
Job Description: As a Profile Supervisor on the late shift, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the profiling department, supervising a team of operators, and ensuring that all work is completed according to customer requirements and within agreed timelines. You will play a key role in troubleshooting any issues that arise during production and ensuring the team works safely and efficiently.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supervising and coordinating the team of profile/plasma operators, laser operators, and press brake operators.
- Monitoring production progress and ensuring the team meets production targets and quality standards.
- Ensuring all safety protocols are adhered to, and that equipment is operated correctly and maintained.
- Using in-house software to manage job planning and tracking.
- Communicating with the Profile Manager and other departments to ensure smooth workflows.
- Resolving operational issues quickly to avoid production delays.
- Providing on-the-job training and support to the team as needed.
- Ensuring a clean and safe working environment.
- Reporting any production issues or equipment concerns to management.
Skills and Requirements:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role within the profiling, plasma, or laser cutting industry.
- Experience with CAD/CAM systems is a plus.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and keep production running smoothly.
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage time and resources effectively.
- Hours of Work: 39 hours per week
- Monday – Thursday: 1:50 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.
- Friday: 12:50 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
- Includes a 30-minute paid lunch break and a 10-minute unpaid break

Shift hours may be subject to change based on business requirements.
