Tru Fit Staffing is seeking an experienced Fitter/Welder with WABO certification for a Lakewood, WA shop. This full-time, temp-to-hire role involves both shop and field work across Pierce County; candidates should read blueprints accurately and meet code standards.
The role pays $35.00 per hour, with typical Mon-Fri 7:00 AM–3:30 PM shifts; overtime may be available. Field welding and site work are required. MEC plan provided on the temp-to-hire program.
