Relief Support Worker – Creative Support

Salary: £13.20 per hour plus rolled up holiday pay.

Location: Braintree, Essex.
Shift type: Relief / Bank.

We seek proactive and professional Relief Support Workers for our supported living service in Braintree, Essex. The role involves supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, complex needs and mental health needs.

• Support service users in transitioning from various settings and establishing positive lifestyles.
• Assist clients in maintaining tenancies, participating in the community, developing independent living skills and achieving personal goals.
• Act as a Key Worker in supporting clients’ aspirations, requiring flexibility for evenings, weekends and bank holiday shifts.
• Collaborate with Care Managers and health professionals, and communicate positively with families.

• Minimum of twelve months experience in supporting individuals with learning disabilities or autism.
• Strong communication skills and a ‘can‑do’ approach.
• Good health and the ability to perform all care tasks.
• Eligible to work within the UK; no sponsorship will be offered.
