Marketing Coordinator

Diamond Search Recruitment are delighted to be representing our client, a very successful, leading property development company who are recruiting for a confident and skilled Marketing Coordinator
. Working in a stand‑alone position at the centre of the development, amongst modern, luxurious and beautiful surroundings. The role is a permanent opportunity in South East Kent. There is some degree of hybrid working available however the preference would be to be working onsite.

The role - Reporting into the Sales Director, the Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for all digital marketing activity and managing external agency relationships. You will also support and help coordinate monthly events and be a true ambassador for the company.

The Marketing Coordinator will be required to do the following:

• Work collaboratively with the team to identify relevant and timely marketing campaigns to support the sales team
• Recommend new and creative ideas to maximise the opportunity within various digital channels
• Integrate digital into all campaigns, working to identify opportunities where digital can replace other tactics
• Have an understanding of the opportunity afforded by social and digital channels, including web presence, SEO optimised quality content and client journeys
• Maintain and update existing project portals and website
• Work with the existing team to deliver events and project manage sales and marketing events
• Accountability for brand and positioning communications including visual identity, adherence and consistency, key messaging, creative expression, tone of voice, imagery and other expressions that develop the brand story
• Work with video and photography team to develop content
• Monitors budget performance in accordance with budget parameters
• Work with the team to develop targeted campaigns to drive brand awareness and lead generation

The successful Marketing Coordinator should ideally be able to demonstrate the following:

• Marketing skills with digital multi-channel marketing experience
• Understanding and execution of digital channels and social media
• Experience of running and managing marketing events

The Marketing Coordinator will be rewarded with a competitive salary of up to £40,000, depending on experience, plus excellent company benefits.
