Oversee the management of the kitchen as directed by the service manager.

Be responsible for ordering supplies and maintaining adequate stocks of food.

Be responsible for the overall cleanliness of the kitchen, pantries etc.

Maintain stock sheets and do stock checks as required

Previous experience in catering work.

Good communication and interpersonal skills, ability to keep calm under pressure.

An understanding of the principles of confidentiality

Flexibility and ability to relate to vulnerable people with sensitivity.

Working 5 days per week on a rota basis over 7 days

10am – 1.15pm
