Business Associate - Entry Level

A typical day in this role is built around client contact and follow-through. You review your outreach list in the morning, move through scheduled conversations, and update your records as you go.

• Contacting clients to review their benefits needs and walk them through available options
• Scheduling and conducting appointments with individuals and families
• Following up after conversations to confirm next steps and keep clients informed
• Keeping organized records of interactions and outcomes across your caseload
• Coordinating with team members when a client situation calls for additional support

This is a remote, full-time position. Income is performance-based, with a range of $75,000 to $110,000.
