Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a 50-bed Med-Surg / Telemetry / Intermediate Care Unit
• Monitor and interpret telemetry readings and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition
• Maintain expected nurse-to-patient ratios of 6:1
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams across affiliated facilities to coordinate and deliver high-quality patient care
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and in a timely manner

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Massachusetts
• Nursing degree required
• Telemetry experience required
• Must reside at least 90 miles from the facility to be eligible

Preferred Experience / Skills

• 2+ years of Med-Surg or Telemetry nursing experience preferred
• Experience working within a larger health system or multi-facility environment
• Familiarity with intermediate care patient populations
