Sharpline Communities, a fast-growing multifamily operator in Missouri, seeks a skilled Maintenance Technician to support multiple properties. You will handle work orders, unit turns, preventive maintenance, and resident communications to keep communities safe and well-maintained.
Qualifications include 3+ years in maintenance, high school diploma, HVAC cert preferred, and ability to lift 50 lbs. Valid driver’s license and basic tools required.
