LNG Shift Operations Supervisor

Lead LNG shift operations with safety and production expertise while supporting commissioning, start-up, and operations at a world-class facility.
As Shift Supervisor, you will lead frontline operations teams through safe, reliable, and efficient production activities. The position requires oil and gas production experience, 2nd Class Power Engineering certification, and prior supervisory or lead operator experience. You will support operational readiness, emergency response, and cross-functional production goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise shift operations for safe, reliable, efficient production
Coordinate plant start-ups, shutdowns, and operational upset responses
Direct first-response teams during emergency situations
Enforce Permit to Work and safe work practices
Support commissioning, start-up, and operational readiness activities
Requirements:
Minimum 10 years in oil and gas production facilities
Minimum 2nd Class Power Engineering certification
Supervisor, Lead Operator, or Head Operator experience
Emergency response team leadership experience during plant incidents
Valid driver's license, passport, and Canadian work authorization
