Assistant Store Manager

Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Store Manager located in Srinagar. The Assistant Store Manager will assist in overseeing daily store operations, ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff, and maintaining inventory and store standards. The role also includes addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues, implementing store policies, monitoring sales performance, and ensuring compliance with retail loss prevention measures.

Qualifications
Strong skills in Customer Service and prioritizing Customer Satisfaction
Effective Communication skills to provide clear and concise information to team members and customers
Experience in Store Management, including the ability to manage teams and daily operations effectively
Knowledge and experience in Retail Loss Prevention strategies to minimize shrinkage and maintain asset security
Proven leadership abilities and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with retail sales and operations best practices
Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with retail management software is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent;
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is advantageous
