A growing, dynamic Main Contractor based in St Albans are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join them on a permanent basis, based out of their offices in St Albans, Hertfordshire.

The business have been operating for a number of years and specialise in Industrial Warehouses, Retail, Commercial and Mixed Use Schemes.

They have a number of new build industrial warehouse projects ongoing and in the pipeline, and are looking to strengthen their commercial team as a result. Project values range from £2m to £10m.

They are looking for a Quantity Surveyor with experience working on new build steel frame, industrial / warehouse projects for a reputable Main Contractor.

The offices are based in St Albans, and projects are located across London and the Home Counties, so the ideal person must be prepared to travel on site visits where the projects are within that region.

Experience:

• Ideally Degree Qualified or other relative qualifications
• Experience working for a reputable Main Contractor
• Track record working on new build industrial / warehouse projects
• Steel frame experience
• Able to commute to St Albans
• Happy to travel on site visits when required
