Customer Service Representative
Salary & Benefits
* Salary up to £30,000 (dependent on skills and experience)
* Annual bonus potential up to £2,000 based on objectives
* 25 days holiday + 8 bank holidays
* Working hours:
* Mon–Thu: 08:30–17:30
* Fri: 08:30–16:30
Role Overview
This role is responsible for handling customer enquiries pre- and post-sale, supporting the sales team with administration, processing orders on SAP, and delivering an excellent customer experience. The role also includes reception duties, welcoming visitors, and managing bookings for the customer experience centre.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle 60–80 customer calls/emails per day
* Process customer orders and manage quotations and pro-forma invoices
* Support new business accounts
* Manage pre- and post-sales enquiries
* Handle complaints, invoice queries, and stock delay notifications
* Liaise with internal departments to resolve customer issues
* Provide administrative support to Regional Sales Managers
Skills & Experience
* Minimum 2 years’ customer service experience (customer-facing)
* Minimum 2 years’ administrative experience
* Strong MS Word and Excel skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* Numerate, detail-oriented, and well organised
* Proactive with strong time-management and multitasking skills
* SAP experience desirable
* Full UK driving licence and access to a car required
