You’ll be a Senior Personal Banker supporting customers from your assigned branch. Your role focuses on building strong relationships, promoting our digital services, and providing expert guidance on financial products and services, including advanced needs such as mortgages, private banking, business banking and protection. You’ll also conduct Financial Health checks, manage outbound care calls, and help customers navigate their banking journey.

• Meet and support customers via video banking from home or face‑to‑face in a branch.
• Conduct Financial Health checks and review customer accounts.
• Identify products and services that suit each customer’s circumstances, helping them maximise savings and investment options.
• Assist customers with complex needs such as mortgages, private banking, business banking and protection.
• Complete outbound care calls to nurture and grow customer relationships.

• Experience working in a customer‑service environment, thriving under pressure and achieving high customer satisfaction.
• Ability to coach and work with the branch team to build and retain quality customer relationships through regular care calls.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine interest in building trust with customers in both face‑to‑face and virtual settings.
• Strong planning and organisational skills.
