Product Training Specialist – Omniplex Learning
We’re looking for an engaging and proactive Product Training Specialist to join our dynamic team and help our customers unlock the full potential of our digital learning tools.

What will you do?- Be a key part of the foundation of a new and evolving team here at OL.
- Deliver group onboarding sessions to introduce new customers to our content creation products, running regular, high‑impact webinars and short training blocks.
- Lead engaging, webinar‑style training sessions to help users get started and maximise their experience.
- Provide 1:1 training and tailored support for key accounts, especially for premium or specialist features.
- Support the creation, curation, and ongoing maintenance of “how to” videos and enablement resources, ensuring content remains up to date as products evolve.
- Act as a product ambassador, helping customers unlock the full value of their solutions and driving adoption and renewal.
- Gather customer feedback and insights to inform product improvements and new enablement materials.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- 2–4 years’ experience in a customer‑facing enablement, training, or onboarding role.
- Experience delivering group training sessions and webinars, ideally in a SaaS or digital tools environment.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, comfortable engaging with a variety of customer profiles.
- Ability to create engaging video and written enablement content.
- A collaborative mindset, able to work cross‑functionally and adapt as the role evolves.
- Familiarity with content creation tools and/or digital learning platforms is a bonus!
