Product Training Specialist – Omniplex Learning

We’re looking for an engaging and proactive Product Training Specialist to join our dynamic team and help our customers unlock the full potential of our digital learning tools.

• Be a key part of the foundation of a new and evolving team here at OL.
• Deliver group onboarding sessions to introduce new customers to our content creation products, running regular, high‑impact webinars and short training blocks.
• Lead engaging, webinar‑style training sessions to help users get started and maximise their experience.
• Provide 1:1 training and tailored support for key accounts, especially for premium or specialist features.
• Support the creation, curation, and ongoing maintenance of “how to” videos and enablement resources, ensuring content remains up to date as products evolve.
• Act as a product ambassador, helping customers unlock the full value of their solutions and driving adoption and renewal.
• Gather customer feedback and insights to inform product improvements and new enablement materials.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

• 2–4 years’ experience in a customer‑facing enablement, training, or onboarding role.
• Experience delivering group training sessions and webinars, ideally in a SaaS or digital tools environment.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, comfortable engaging with a variety of customer profiles.
• Ability to create engaging video and written enablement content.
• A collaborative mindset, able to work cross‑functionally and adapt as the role evolves.
• Familiarity with content creation tools and/or digital learning platforms is a bonus!
