Job Purpose Summary
This hybrid role combines service desk administration, remote technical support and occasional on-site service visits. You will act as the central point of coordination for all service and maintenance activities, ensuring clients receive prompt, efficient and well-organised support.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage incoming service desk tickets using Service Now
• Arrange and schedule service and maintenance visits for engineers
• Coordinate freelancers as required
• Provide remote technical support to clients via Team Viewer
• Attend on-site service calls when necessary (1st and 2nd line AV support)
• Complete detailed service reports following each visit
• Maintain service asset registers following PMV handovers
• Support escalations from 1st line to ensure timely resolutions
• Liaise with clients and contractors to obtain necessary documentation
• Ensure all service tasks are logged, updated and closed within agreed SLAs

Experience and Skills Required

• Minimum of 3 years experience in AV, ideally within service and maintenance
• Proficient in using Service Now or comparable ticketing systems
• Strong organisational and scheduling abilities
• Ability to diagnose faults with corporate audio visual systems, ideally including Crestron, AMX, Q-SYS and Biamp
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Right to work in the UK

• Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum
